I am wanting to buy a new digital slr camera. i currently own an olympus      e-410. the reason i am upgrading is because in july i 'm going to ecuador, peru and bolivia and will be spending much time outdoors (climbing machu picchu etc). i need a new camera which is excellent for outdoor use. i will only buy an slr and will not use a compact. i need suggestions on a good slr for outdoor photography such as landscapes, animals etc. also, since i will be carrying it around a lot, i don 't want anything to heavy. my budget is £500 (around $780 us dollars). any suggestions would be great! thanks.
